RM 99 + 6% SST per year (no hidden fee).
Each subscription is valid for 1 year.
We strongly advise signing up for TMS at the same time as your Tenancy Agreement (TA) in order to fully benefit from our yearly service package.
TMS and your TA are not tied together. If the landlord signs up for TMS at the start of the tenancy, then TMS is valid for the entire year beginning Jan - Dec, as per the TA period. If however, the landlord signs up halfway through an on-going tenancy period (TA already in effect) due to urgency, then the TMS period will be valid for 12 months beginning from the sign-up date.
